I am Tamara. I am passionate about holistic health, wellness, and spirituality.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, pet mom, metaphysician, and truth student.

I enjoy traveling, reading, gardening, nature, outdoor dining, and spending time with family and friends.

I am a Registered Nurse with over 27 years of experience.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

I hold certificates in many holistic healing modalities, including meditation, mindfulness, energy healing, spiritual life and wellness coaching.

I am currently working on obtaining certificates in Spiritual Companioning and Faith Community Nursing. 

I have a strong focus on integrating spirituality, health, and healing.

I help individuals experiencing life transitions heal in mind, body, and spirit and find deeper meaning and purpose in life.

I dove deeper into my spirituality after the loss of my beloved mother in August 2024. I needed peace and understanding of my life's purpose and meaning. 

I understand the beauty of exploring various spiritual paths to find personal truth. I believe there are many paths to truth.

 I honor the opportunity to walk with you on your spiritual journey. 

I aim to support diverse individuals on their spiritual healing journeys regardless of their religious background, spiritual beliefs, or experience.
